CNC Diamond Cut Machine

The WR-DC3 Diamond Cut repair machine has been designed by product and design experts from the ground up to produce a great finish while being faster, lighter and smaller than many of the traditional CNC lathes on the market – leaving you with more workshop space and faster turn-around times.

WM-700-wheel blasting

The heavy duty all steel blast cabinet affords excellent visibility of the wheel and the area being etched. Bright internal lighting delivers even illumination without shadows. Optimum visibility is maintained inside the cabinet by a highly efficient dust collector constantly removing media dust and fine particles.

Automatic Wheel-Washer

You get clean wheels as well as a clean conscience. The water consumption per washed wheel is minimal with no need for aggressive chemicals that can harm the operator, the wheel finish or the environment.

Robotic spray booth

A single enclosed Wheel Spray Bay with internal light and wheel rollers, for application of primer, color, and clear coat. Built-in UV and IR curing system and ATEX approved extraction with airflow of 0,3 M/sec.
